Once your payment has been submitted, it would be much appreciated if you would complete the Remittance Advice form on the "Thank You" page. This is just so our bookkeeper can look out for your payment and also deal with any queries you may have on your account - perhaps you need copy invoices, or are waiting for a credit note.
