- Do I Qualify for a Trade Account?
- The following are qualifiers for a trade account with Sinotex UK:
- A VAT registered business
- Retail shop or similar
- Mailorder / Internet supplier
- Wholesaler
- School or College
- Hospital or Institution
- Fashion industry, commercial textile printer etc.
- Designer / textile artist or teacher
Please note that Sinotex UK Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to supply on trade terms with no reason given, but do get in touch if you would like to discuss purchasing from Sinotex UK.
Our minimum initial order is normally £200.00 (ex VAT) and our minimum order thereafter is £75.00 (ex VAT). Carriage charges apply.
Carriage & handling (UK mainland only) is currently £8.00 + VAT on orders under £200.
Please ask us for carriage costs on other areas.

- Sinotex only supplies to customers that have opened and account with the company - see above.
If you're ordering from outside the UK or Ireland, when you reach the checkout section, choose the "Purchase Order" option - you'll have to put some reference in the Purchase Order box - this will let the system submit the order and we'll get back to you with a total cost, including shipping.
Fabric roll lengths are never exact!
Unfortunately we won't know the length of any rolls you order until we ship.
If you'd rather we contacted you with the exact amount before sending your order, just put a note on your order and select the Purchase Order option in the payment section of the checkout.

- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods if you are not totally satisfied with your order.
Sinotex cannot accept liability for any claim once material has been cut, painted or processed in any way.

- If you are an existing Sinotex customer, the easiest way is to select the Purchase Order option when going through the checkout - that way there are no discrepancies between the invoice and what you've paid - for instance, from out of stock items or differing roll lengths.
If we need pre-payment, we'll contact you with the amount, or if you've a credit account with us, just wait until you receive your monthly statement.
