General Trade Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing goods are not supplied unless full payment has been received by credit / debit card, or pre-payment by pro-forma invoice. If you wish to apply for a credit account with Sinotex UK Limited, please complete and return a credit account form. Click here to open Word Version or .pdf. This must be signed by an authorised representative of your company / business.
All prices are quoted in GBP, exclusive of VAT.
Minimum initial order £200.00 net goods value; minimum subsequent order value £75.00 net goods value..
Carriage of £8.00 plus VAT will be charged on orders under £200.00 goods value.(U K & Eire only. Export freight charges on request).
Goods remain the property of Sinotex UK Limited until such time as payment has been received in full.
In case of non-payment, Sinotex UK Ltd. or its agents retain right of access to the purchaser's premises to reclaim its property.
Sinotex cannot accept liability for any claim once material has been cut, painted or processed in any way.
Sinotex UK Ltd. is limited only to the credit or replacement of goods as originally supplied by Sinotex UK Ltd.
Credit terms, subject to status, are: 30 days from date of invoice. Interest of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
Sinotex UK Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to supply customers who exceed credit terms.
Sinotex UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse credit or trader terms at any time, with no reason given.
Sinotex UK Ltd. reserves the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice.
All sizes and measurements approximate.
Any claims for faulty goods or non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of invoice date.
Whilst we are happy to give advice on product use, we will not accept liability as conditions of use are totally outside our control.
Money laundering regulations 2003. We will not accept cash payments, equivalent to, or more than €15,000, for a single transaction.

 

Unless agreed otherwise in writing all goods are supplied subject to these terms and conditions.
